How to sign up and log in

This guide explains how to sign up for a Nanny Admin account, log in, and ensure your account is set up correctly.

1: Open the app to sign up or log in

  • When you open the app for the first time, you will see a welcome page.
  • New users: Tap Sign up.
  • Returning users: Tap Log in and enter your credentials.
  • You can sign up or log back in with Google or Apple: If you prefer, tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple and follow the prompts to sign up or log in with your existing account.

2: Complete your account setup

If signing up for the first time with an email, you will need to:

  • Choose a password (must be at least 8 characters, and include 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number).
  • Verify your email by checking your inbox for a confirmation link.

Then:

  • Select your profile type – Nanny or Parent (this cannot be changed later).
  • Enter your personal details, including your name, currency and country.
  • You’ll then land on a final welcome screen, which explains the next steps to get started.
  • Once your account is created, the app will keep you logged in for easy access.

Important notes

  • Your profile type (Nanny or Parent) cannot be changed after sign-up. If you select the wrong profile, you will need to delete your account and start again. See How to delete your account for instructions.
  • If you do not receive a verification email, check your spam folder or request a new one from the app.
  • If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password? option on the login screen.
