What’s new in the Nanny Admin app

Thanks for all your feedback! Here’s what’s new:

• Summary totals now use the rate you had when each shift was logged, so a pay rise no longer changes past totals
• End times and dates can no longer be set before the start
• Times now show in 12-hour format on Records and exports
• Fixed a few rare crashes on the home screen, Records and Add Leave

A reliability update to make signing up, logging in and tracking smoother:

• Easier sign-up: confirm your email, get typo suggestions and verify later from the home screen
• Change your email during sign-up if you got it wrong
• Fewer crashes when adding or viewing photos
• Clearer login error messages

• Parents can now start tracking straight away, without waiting for a nanny to accept an invite.
• Add a nanny by name (a “placeholder”), and swap it for a real account if/when they sign up
• Rename or remove placeholder nannies from the family members page
• Exported reports now include placeholder nanny entries
• Fixed: a filtering bug in exported reports
• Fixed: summary totals now match the dates you pick, including the last day

We’ve been busy making things better for you! Here’s what’s new:

• Fixed an issue that could save your family’s pay rates incorrectly, including the default Australian mileage rate for new families
• Fixed bugs when editing or clearing a rate
• Rate fields now show your currency symbol and accept numbers only
• The join family screen shows the correct number of family members

We’ve given our back-end calculations a big tidy-up. Here’s what’s new:

• New families in the UK, US and Australia now start with up-to-date mileage rates
• Half days and weekends now count correctly
• Fixed a crash when adding a trip with a comma, space or currency symbol in the amount
• Nannies with more than one family now see the right figures on their summary
• Faster image loading across the app

• Receipts no longer disappear when you edit an expense
