How to edit your profile
In Nanny Admin, you can update key profile details, including your name, date of birth, and phone number. However, your profile type and email address cannot be changed. This guide walks you through how to edit your profile and what to do if changes are not possible.
1. Open your profile settings
- Tap Menu from the bottom navigation.
- Select Manage account.
- Tap My profile.
2. Edit profile details
- You can update the following details:
- Name
- Phone number
- Tap Save to apply the changes.
3. Profile type and email restrictions
- Your profile type (Nanny or Parent) cannot be changed after sign-up.
- If you need to change your profile type, you must delete your account and start again. See How to delete your account for instructions.
- Your email address cannot be changed. If you need a different email, you will need to create a new account.
