How to delete your account
If you no longer need your Nanny Admin account, you can permanently delete it through the app. Keep in mind that this action is irreversible, and all your data will be removed. Before you delete your account, we’d appreciate your feedback to help improve the app experience. You’ll have the option to share your thoughts before confirming deletion.
1. Navigate to account settings
- Tap Menu from the bottom navigation.
- Select Manage account and then tap My profile. you are part of multiple families, select the relevant family.
2. Start the deletion process
- Tap Delete my account
- A message will appear explaining that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Review the details carefully.
- If you wish to proceed, tap Continue.
3. Confirm your identity
- Enter your account password (or verify your account with Apple or Google) to validate your request.
- Tap Continue and then select Delete to finalise the process.
4. Account deletion and sign-out
- Your profile and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
- You will be redirected to the Sign up screen.
Important notes
- Deleted accounts cannot be restored. If you may need your data in the future, consider exporting your data or keeping your account active.
- If you have feedback about your experience, you will have an opportunity to share it before deleting your account.
