How to change your password

If you need to update your account password in Nanny Admin, you can do so in just a few steps. This guide walks you through how to change your password or reset it if you’ve forgotten it.

1. Navigate to password settings

  • Tap Menu from the bottom navigation.
  • Select Manage account.
  • Tap Change password.

2. Enter a new password

  • Enter your current password for verification.
  • Type your new password and confirm it by entering it again.
  • Your password must meet the following requirements:
    • At least 8 characters long
    • Include 1 uppercase letter
    • Include 1 lowercase letter
    • Include 1 number
  • Tap Save to update your password.

3. If you signed in with Google or Apple

  • Password changes are not available if you signed in using Google or Apple.
  • If you need to change your password, you will need to do so through your Google or Apple account settings.

4. If you have forgotten your password

  • Tap Forgot password?
  • Enter your account email address and follow the steps to reset your password.

Important notes

  • If you signed in with Google or Apple, you cannot change your password in the app.
  • Ensure your new password meets all security requirements before saving.
