How to change your password
If you need to update your account password in Nanny Admin, you can do so in just a few steps. This guide walks you through how to change your password or reset it if you’ve forgotten it.
1. Navigate to password settings
- Tap Menu from the bottom navigation.
- Select Manage account.
- Tap Change password.
2. Enter a new password
- Enter your current password for verification.
- Type your new password and confirm it by entering it again.
- Your password must meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Include 1 uppercase letter
- Include 1 lowercase letter
- Include 1 number
- Tap Save to update your password.
3. If you signed in with Google or Apple
- Password changes are not available if you signed in using Google or Apple.
- If you need to change your password, you will need to do so through your Google or Apple account settings.
4. If you have forgotten your password
- Tap Forgot password?
- Enter your account email address and follow the steps to reset your password.
Important notes
- If you signed in with Google or Apple, you cannot change your password in the app.
- Ensure your new password meets all security requirements before saving.
