The invitation code is sent by email when the family owner invites you from within the app. If you haven’t received it, here’s what to try:
- Ask the family owner to send (or resend) the invitation: Families > Members > tap the add icon > enter your email address > Send invitation
- Check your spam or junk folder, as invitation emails sometimes land there
