How to suggest a new feature

We love hearing from you!

Got an idea that could make Nanny Admin even better? We’re always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback helps shape future updates. Whether it’s an improvement to an existing feature, or something you wish the app could do, we’d love to hear about it!

How to submit a feature request: 

You can share your ideas and suggestions directly within the app:

  • In the app, tap Menu from the bottom navigation. 
  • Tap Send feedback & ideas 
    • Share your idea: This will open our feature board, where you can add your own idea or upvote suggestions from others
    • Submit feedback: Use the text box to describe your idea and why it would be helpful, then tap Submit feedback

What makes a great feature request?

To help us understand your idea clearly, consider including:

  • A clear description of the feature you’d like to see.
  • Why it would be helpful for nannies, parents, or both.
  • Any specific details on how you imagine it working.

What happens next?

  • All feature suggestions are reviewed by our team.
  • While we can’t guarantee every idea will be implemented, we actively consider feedback for future updates.
  • If your idea makes it to development, we’ll let users know in our app updates!
