How to edit records

Need to update an existing record? In Nanny Admin, you can edit time, leave, expense, or trip records with just a few steps. This guide walks you through how to find and update your records efficiently.

1: Open the records section

  • Tap Records from the bottom navigation
  • At the top, select the record type you need to edit:
    • Time
    • Leave
    • Expenses
    • Trips

2: Find the record to edit

  • Scroll through the list of records to find the entry you want to update.
  • If needed, adjust the date selection – the list is automatically set to This month, but you can tap this field to enter a custom date range.
  • Tap the record to open the edit form.

3: Make your changes

  • Update any necessary details.
  • Tap Update at the bottom of the form to save the changes.

Important notes

  • To change the assigned nanny or family on a record, you’ll need to delete the entry and create a new one.
  • If you need to delete a record, tap the bin icon in the top-right and confirm. See How to delete a record for full details.
