How to report a bug or issue
We’re sorry something’s not working as expected — and we appreciate you letting us know! Reporting bugs helps us fix problems faster and improve the experience for everyone using Nanny Admin.
You can report an issue directly within the app
- Tap Menu from the bottom navigation.
- Tap Send feedback & ideas
- Describe the issue clearly in the text box provided – include what went wrong, where it happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- Tap Submit feedback – we will review your report and investigate.
Or you can also contact us directly via our website’s contact form if you prefer.
What to include in your bug report
To help us get to the bottom of the issue quickly, if possible please include:
- A clear description of what happened
- The steps you took before the issue occurred
- Your device type and operating system (if known)
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if available
What happens next?
Every bug report is reviewed by our team. While we may not be able to respond to every report individually, we’ll prioritise urgent issues and aim to resolve them in upcoming app updates. Keep an eye out for new releases.
